Every athlete is different, but most begin to notice progress within 7–14 days — whether it’s improved speed, better control, or stronger lifts. Results depend on effort, recovery, and consistency. Our goal is to help you develop lasting habits that enhance both performance and mindset.

Once payment is confirmed, you’ll typically begin training within a few days. We’ll send a short onboarding form and place you in the right group or private training session for your goals.

We believe “Prescription without Diagnosis is Malpractice.” Before your first session, we’ll assess movement quality, strength, and mobility. From there, Coach Miller will create your performance roadmap — including lift sessions, speed work, and access to our online mentoring and nutrition programs.

Lift sessions: 1 hour Speed sessions: 45 minutes Each session is designed to maximize focus, improve movement efficiency, and build sustainable athletic power.

Your $99/month membership (or $35/week) includes: • First access to all weekly training sign-ups • Group speed training sessions • Access to our online mentoring program • Customized nutrition programs for performance and recovery Locations and times for the week are posted every Sunday.

Athlete168 trains elementary, middle school, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Sessions are organized by age and skill level to ensure each athlete is challenged safely and effectively.

We train at multiple Upstate SC locations. Weekly schedules are announced every Sunday on our site and through text/email updates. Expect a mix of indoor, field, and gym-based training environments.
